Melissa did a great job letting us know the things that needed fixing on our house so that there would be no hold ups on the home inspection. We waited to list until these things had been done. She also showed us the listings as to what the house were listed for BUT actually sold for. Our house listed on a Tuesday and under contract by the following Tuesday evening. We highly recommend Melissa Dotson as a realtor
